Developers receive 4th beta of watchOS 4.2.2
Apple just seeded the fourth beta of watchOS 4.2.2. To download the latest beta, you need to be a registered developer, and have the appropriate configuration profile installed. Then you can find it easily in your Settings under “Software Update”.
