Apple’s announcement of the Apple Watch Series 7 is near, and rumours have been circling around the next iteration of the Apple Watch for a long time. Here are the new sizes expected to feature in the Apple Watch Series 7.
It is widely known at this point that the Apple Watch Series 7 will follow the iPhone 12 Generation’s flat-edged design. This shouldn’t come as a surprise, since the rumours have been circulating around this for the better part of a year.
What is more interesting to note is the new sizes for the upcoming smartwatch. While the physical case size is not getting bigger, only getting a different design, the Apple Watch Series 7’s display is slightly increasing in size. The previous 40mm size is growing to 41mm, with the previous 44mm size now going to 45mm.
This comes a long way from the original Apple Watch Sizes, 38mm and 42mm respectively. An important thing to note is that the new generation Apple Watches will still be compatible with previously compatible Apple Watch bands. This is reassuring for those already invested in the watchband palette of options.
The Apple Watch Series 7 is set to launch this month. What size are you looking to pick up?
