As with every new Apple device, the iFixit team likes to take a look at what’s happening on the inside. Now it’s the turn of the Apple Watch Series 7.
Aside from many chip speed improvements, the most noticeable change is of course the all new edge to edge display. The display is built in a way, where it curves on the sides – which even has a unique watchface.
Take a look at the thoughts of iFixit, who got together with former Apple engineers. One interesting find of this teardown, was that the battery of the Series 6 Apple Watch, fits with the newer Series 7.
