Did you know your Apple Watch can be used to de-stress?

The Apple Watch can be a very useful tool to help you wind down and find a bit of peace during your day. Here are some of our favourite methods to calm down with our Apple Watches.

Headspace is one of the best meditation apps out there. There’s a free selection of guided meditation, calming playlists, and breathing techniques. The app is free to download on both Apple Watch and iPhone. There’s a intuitive and well-designed interface, very important on Apple Watch. On Headspace, you’ll find many great lessons that will ease you when you’re feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking for some peace of mind.

2: Breathe app

Every single Apple Watch from the Series 0 to Series 7 comes with a built-in breathe app. The app is barebone, yet it’s still immensely useful. Taking a couple of deep breaths throughout the day can impose a calming response from your body, as well as decreasing muscle tension and heart rate. The Apple Watch gives haptic feedback to guide your breathing, so you can keep your eyes shut. With the breath app, you can find your health info in the Health app on your iPhone.

3: Music

For many people, music can be the easiest way to wind down. Whether it’s listening on your way to work or on your way back home, listening to one of your favorite tracks never fails to lighten the mood. There are multiple apps you can use to listen to music, such as Spotify, Pandora, or Apple Music. Listening to music on Apple Watch is super simple – just open your preferred music app, connect to bluetooth earphones, and press play.
